Addax Rally Training: Become a True Rally Raid Rider

In rally raid, being fast is not enough. To face the desert, you must know how to navigate, read the terrain, and think like a rally rider. That is why Addax Rally Training was created—a program designed for motorcycle and SSV riders to improve their skills in a real and demanding environment.
From April 16th to 18th, 2026, participants will live a unique experience in the Moroccan desert, with three stages of approximately 350 km each, in loop format, based at the Nasser Palace Hotel (*****) in Merzouga. Riders will train using official Addax Rally roadbooks and be supported by the organization’s professional team. This training is designed for those who want to take their skills to the next level and get closer to the true spirit of rally raid, offering the opportunity to experience a real rally simulation in one of the most spectacular settings in the world: Merzouga, Morocco.
Participants will cover kilometers of navigation under authentic desert conditions, working on key aspects such as:
Roadbook interpretation and reading
Navigation in dunes and fast tracks
Race pace management
Decision-making in navigation
Strategy and rally mindset
All of this with tracking through the Stella system—the same safety system used in major international rally raids—and with full coverage from rescue and medical teams. The program combines both theoretical and practical training, allowing participants to understand navigation fundamentals and apply them directly in the field.
Riders will train with high-level roadbooks designed to replicate real rally conditions, gaining experience in situations usually only encountered in competition. In addition, the program includes full logistics so participants can focus entirely on riding and learning.
The program includes:
Motorcycle transport from Spain
Accommodation at Nasser Palace Hotel, Merzouga (breakfast and dinner included)
Breakfast and dinner throughout the experience
Technical and logistical support from the Addax team
Tracking system with Stella device
On-track safety with medical and rescue teams
Medical insurance
Refuelling and assistance
